This Privacy Policy describes how DailyVault LLC ("Company," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use DocketScreen ("Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information:

• Account information: Email address and encrypted password when you create an account
• Search queries: Names and search parameters you enter when generating reports
• Usage data: Number of reports generated, features accessed, and timestamps
• Payment information: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the Service — generating due diligence findings reports
• To maintain your search history and account
• To enforce usage limits based on your subscription plan
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns
• To communicate with you about your account or the Service

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect Social Security numbers
• We do not collect credit card numbers (Stripe handles all payment data)
• We do not collect personal information about the subjects of searches beyond publicly available records
• We do not track your browsing activity outside of the Service

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, which provides:

• Row-Level Security (RLS) — you can only access your own data
• SSL/TLS encryption in transit
• Encryption at rest
• SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Anthropic: AI analysis (search data is sent to generate reports — subject to Anthropic's privacy policy)
• Public record databases: Search queries are sent to public record APIs to retrieve results

6. Data Retention

• Account data is retained while your account is active
• Search history is retained for the duration specified by your plan
• You may request deletion of your account and data by contacting info@dailyvaultapp.com
• We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your search history
• Cancel your subscription at any time

8. Cookies

We use local storage (not cookies) to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
